How does the PC monitor damages your eyesight?

To avoid this, you need to remember that the higher the resolvability of your monitor, the better and clearer image on the screen, and so it causes less tiredness for eyes.

The lighting in the room reduces the contrast of the image, but don’t forget that increasing of the brightness may cause the eye tiredness. Glare on the monitor also prevent to perceive the information from the screen, force to change the position of the head and body, strain eyesight. Pressure on the eye increases as well as on the neck, back, shoulders and arms which leads to a rapid tiredness. Tests of this program have showed that it improves visual acuity (up to 0.1 index in 60% -70% cases), reduce symptoms of eye sight tiredness (in 90% cases).
